Easy Lemon Curd

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Extra large egg yolks 
  • 1 cup sugar granulated
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch salt kosher

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir continuously to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Let cool. Refrigerate.
